From ¥22,000 (tax included)For a standard contract of up to approximately 10 pages, we review the clauses, identify key points, and suggest revisions where appropriate.
Drafting a New Contract
From ¥33,000 (tax included)For one standard contract, the fee includes organizing the transaction terms, preparing the draft, and up to two rounds of revisions.
Drafting an Agreement or Memorandum
From ¥22,000 (tax included)We review the agreed terms or proposed contractual changes and prepare a standard agreement or memorandum.

From ¥22,000 (tax included)We review the relevant background and your requested outcome, then prepare a draft suitable for sending through Japan Post’s Certified Content Mail service. One standard round of revisions is included.

From ¥11,000 (tax included)We review the wording, content, and formal presentation of a draft that you have prepared.
Drafting and Mailing Arrangements

Other Tokyo 23 Wards: Preparation, Filing, and Collection
From ¥13,200 (tax included)For other locations within Tokyo’s 23 wards, we confirm the relevant police station and filing schedule before advising whether we can assist and providing a formal estimate.
Document Preparation Only
From ¥5,500 (tax included)Based on the information and materials provided, we prepare the standard application form, location map, and parking-space layout plan. You will be responsible for filing and collecting the documents at the police station.
